Hello, I'm the founder of Humanly Positive LLC, which resulted from my quest searching for answers to reduce stress, find work-life balance, and become a satisfied human being.
Humanly Positive is an educational movement that promotes positivity and happiness interventions to help people deal with life struggles in a way that provides the mental clarity they need to make the right decisions and pave their way to success. It is not for those who believe circumstances happen to them and don't have the power to change their realities. It is for those that want to live happier and more meaningful lives creating their desired circumstances, becoming the best they can be through positive psychology, mindfulness and emotional intelligence concepts delivered in the form of workshops, online courses, group coaching, gratitude card deck and journal practices and lectures. We use our joyful and enthusiastic voice to provide tools and techniques to help people connect to their strengths with the hopes that they shift their perception to what works in them and around them, becoming happier and more satisfied with their lives overall. In this state of mind, they can become more creative, productive, resilient, sociable and successful wherever they go. We don't want you to do what is "humanly possible". We want you to embrace what it is to become "humanly positive" because when we are positive we definitely make things possible.
